Maudes support Inn Conversion with Briery Homes

Just as soon as the term ‘barn conversion’ begins to creep into day to day vocabulary, along comes a new term. This time it’s an Inn Conversion that is attracting interest from home buyers.

R F Maude’s construction and development team have been instrumental in the build of Briery Homes’ new scheme at Highfields, Queensbury.

The project, which is part re-furbishment of a previous Inn and part new-build, comprises 10 beautifully finished homes - a mix of cottages, 4 bed townhouses and semi-detached townhouses.

Managing Director Robin Maude comments: “We were very pleased to be invited to act as main contractor to Briery Homes’ prestigious development. This is further evidence of our capability to deliver an innovative residential development.”

He adds: “The refurbishment was technically challenging, and the finished homes had to blend seamlessly with the new build units.
